BUILDING FACADE INSPECTIONS AND REPORTS
OneVision Project Services carries out comprehensive inspections and reports of roofs, building facades and structures. These inspections and reports come in many forms .
Inspections consist of the following: visual inspections, drummy render inspections, cavities inspections, Anchor points, horizontal lifelines & rail systems, vertical lifelines, ladders, guardrail, walkway & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Ultrasonic examination thickness testing and corrosion mapping, Ultrasonic examination weld scan, Magnetic particle testing, Penetrant testing, Electromagnetic testing (Eddy current), NACE coating inspection, Close visual inspection (CVI), Long range visual inspection ( Image Capture), Remote camera inspection, Weld inspection, Concrete inspection
These inspections help determine the detail of issues required to progress further with the correct scope of works. The reports are then generated from the findings of the inspections.
Reports by OneVision Project Services has been a developed system to help building managers, strata managers, contractors, staff and property owners to understand the maintenance work being proposed and managed on their building or structure.
Our system works by recording with photographs any faults or issues on the building that need to be resolved, giving the stakeholders access to real time information about the status of the issues, (under repair, awaiting approval, completed etc ) meaning that time is not wasted on phone calls and emails checking these.
Complete reporting on the system is simple and reports auto update as issues move through the process of being identified, approved, repaired and completed, meaning that a building manager can easily report to committees and other stakeholders when required.
